Terms governing use of selenaccon.bond and our home staging services in Nantes.

By using selenaccon.bond or engaging Selenaccon SARL for home staging or interior styling services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Selenaccon SARL provides home staging, occupied staging, interior styling, and photography preparation services in Nantes and surrounding areas. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual written quotes provided in EUR.
All prices are quoted and invoiced in EUR unless otherwise stated in writing. A deposit of 40% is required to confirm booking. The balance is due upon installation completion unless alternative terms are agreed. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate applicable in France.
Cancellations more than 14 days before scheduled installation receive a full deposit refund minus a €120 EUR administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability at no additional charge when requested at least 7 days in advance.
All rental furniture and accessories remain the property of Selenaccon SARL or its suppliers. Clients must not remove, sell, or damage rental items. De-staging within 90 days of vacant staging installation is included; extended rental is billed at €180 EUR/week.
Clients must provide safe access to the property, disclose any known hazards, and ensure utilities are operational on installation day. Clients are responsible for obtaining landlord or co-owner consent where required.
Selenaccon SARL is not liable for sale outcomes, market conditions, or delays caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the specific service in question, except where French law prohibits such limitation.
Design plans, mood boards, and photographs produced by Selenaccon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use project photos for listing purposes with attribution where requested.
